In mid-June, Junhe Personnel Administration Department organized a one-week training course on the execution of middle and senior managers. In the past, it was customary to think that the focus of execution was on the implementation attitude of middle and lower-level personnel. After training, the concept of participating personnel was changed and everyone re-examined the key role of middle-level and senior-level personnel in the implementation of executive power. According to the results of the questionnaire after the training, 95% of the participants think that this training has a clear touch on everyone or believe that as long as they adhere to this concept and improve the execution, effectiveness will be better.
