1. The company will carry out the “three guarantees” only if users abide by rules of use and use in the proper way.

2. The length of cable from the electric pump could be supplied according to the specific agreement.

3. Scope of “three guarantees”:

a). Quality problems (i.e. loud noise, no rotation, etc.) during transportation;

b). Difficult start of the electric pump under normal conditions of power, voltage and frequency;

c). Failures within the warranty period (The warranty period is six months since the date of purchase);

4. The following shall be excluded from the scope of warranty:

a). Damage due to improper installation or independent disassembly;

b).Failure due to using out of the range of application;

c). Failure due to incorrect wiring or abnormal power supply;

d). Failure due to falling from high places or man-made damage;

e). Failure due to absence of anti-freezing measures.
